Best provider for Munjaro

I have had a number of problems with my current premium provider for Munjaro. They are expensive and are supposed to offer a premium service - but they don’t. I’m not interested in discount codes but I would appreciate recommendations for a supplier that offers responsive support. Thank you.

I’m interested in this too as planning on starting soon. I want to go with someone offering a proper, safe and professional service rather than just the cheapest.

I use health express and they have been super responsive so far, I’m impressed, but not sure it’s the cheapest out there.

Each of the suppliers on the website are professional pharmacists who sell prescription medication within a regulated market. They all uphold professional standards. Why pay more when you get the same product in the same way?

I really like Livewell personally. They went above and beyond for me. They're focusing on quality of service instead of just trying to rush as many orders through as possible. You can call them and a pharmacist answers the phone instead of a call centre.

Indeed. It is all the same medication no matter who you buy it from.

OP unless you want a subscription service I'd avoid those. Medexpress has delays in sending out prescriptions at the moment due to a warehouse move. Pillsorted are reportedly a bit patchy on sending out meds in a timely way (according to reddit). There is no perfect provider, so maybe check out a few and see what works for you.

I've used two different 'premium' suppliers now (mujunper and zava) and the level of service I got was no different to what I get from the cheaper suppliers. I admittedly didn't ask a great deal of them, I suppose if you have a lot of side effects or questions this might be different.

Well I’ve just ordered from Livewell after a brief telephone conversation - I’m in a queue awaiting the video consultation which should be quite soon they said.

Im both nervous and excited and keeping everything crossed that I don’t get horrendous side effects and that it works 🤞🤞🤞

It's just so great though that if you have any issues you can just call them. I feel like a lot of providers just leave you to it but you could call them and they could actually help you.

I'm not impressed with Zava customer service. My pen has gone astray in the post, and they won't send me a replacement for 7 days, to give them time to investigate. Fair do, I suppose. But the rep I spoke to was so rude, and really couldn't care less. They even said if the pen turns up in the meantime, I can still use it, even though their instructions say otherwise.

You can always tell the quality of a company by how they deal with problems. Zava = 0/10 I'm afraid
