Two stone lost in 3 months. 2 to 3 stone to go now. Noticed wrinkles in my cheeks today for the first time in my life...having a fat face does keep wrinkles at bay! Skin on my arms more wrinkled looking, neck going the same way too. Have felt very fatigued all the way through. Keep waiting for that energy surge I've had in the past from keto eating even though I eat high protein, lowish carb (under 100g a day.) and prioritise nutrition in my food choices..Do forget to prioritise drinking water though as I'm not someone that feels the urge to drink much. Wouldn't say I feel depressed, more flat. I still haven't introduced more exercise as I've honestly not had the energy and have low level nausea/terrible taste in my mouth most of the time. I suddenly feel old when I thought losing weight would give me a new lease of life. Is it early days yet? Anyone else late 60s? How is it going for you? I've pushed myself to organise a free 12 week gym programme through my GP starting next week but I just don't know where I'll find the energy. I've had a couple of rough days with COVID though this week, so that's not helped!!!

I’m 67 and have been on MJ since September. I’ve lost 44 pounds so far. Up to another 28 pounds to go. Yes, definitely more wrinkly, but I don’t really care, this is a health thing for me. I only recently went up to 7.5 and have felt tired for the first time. I’m sticking with it for the rest of the month, but if I don’t perk up I will go down to 5mg. My only exercise is swimming and walking. Do you think you are on the right dose? Also, if you have had Covid, it’s not surprising you are fatigued. Maybe have a chat with your supplier? Good luck.

I’m early 60s but yes more wrinkles on my now slimmer face rather and quite a bit of face droop. However my arms and legs are looking less saggy since I started weight lifting and exercising at home which I now do 5 times a week, still got a saggy fatish tummy, but I was never flat stomached.
I’m now in maintenance phase slowly dropping down my dose but staying the same weight and feel like I’m getting stronger and healthier all the time, I certainly now have energy as I eat well, I think it takes some time for your body to adjust so hope it all just keeps improving.
I cant be bothered with the more extreme routes for my face like fillers, Botox etc and I’m trying to love my lines and keep up a good skincare routine and using SPF.
