Is anyone else currently having problems with Med express?
I've been with them for about 4 months without issue. This months order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday but didn't and they refused to even look into and send a replacement until Friday.
They advised they'd send a replacement via special delivery and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number still shows as no information despite the med express website showing as dispatched.
I contacted them again and they said they are experiencing delays due to increased replacement requests and there is a minimum 7 days backlog for replacements to be dispatched. I replied straight away and said I'd just like to be refunded and order elsewhere and received a response saying that as it has been dispatched they can't refund me, despite telling me minutes before there's a minimum of 7 days delay minutes before.
I'm really not sure what to do, and am definitely going to be missing at least one dose.
I paid using my card but also had a £40 credit on my account which was a refund as they refused to up my dose on a previous month so even if I get a refund from my bank for the 130ish I paid by card, I'll still be £40 out of pocket (this wasn't a referral code or anything, just a credit as they sent me a lower dose than I ordered due to a gap). So frustrating and their responses are clearly just copy and paste scripts where no one actually looks into anything as they're always contradicting themselves! Will definitely be changing supplier if anyone can recommend one (that is consistent and not just flogging codes).
