my BMI is under 30! I have gone from obese to overweight!

I know it's not a fully accurate method, but I am thrilled. I have lost 33% of my body weight since 31 March 2024. It is slow going, but I feel amazing and can do so much more. For those of you just starting who have a large amount to lose, keep going, don't lose faith in yourselves.

Well done ! I never dreamt I could do it either - I’ve gone from 50+bmi to high 30s and still
lots more stone to go before I join you in the 20s . Thanks for the motivation

@StressedEric I had a BMI of 50 and managed to lose a couple of stones (mainly stress related, nasty divorce). BMI was 44.6 when I started on MJ.

Well done. My beauty therapist has lost 50kg over the past year on MJ. I have type 1 diabetes so can’t take weight loss injections otherwise I’d be first in line.

I hit a BMI<30 last week too from a previously morbidly obese one that was off the NHS website scale.

It is a great feeling. Well done!

I am another one who BMI has recently dropped below 30. Well done to all of us.

It is a weight that has been lifted, pun intended!

Next time I need to see a doctor I won’t dread the usual weigh in and that look that says, well if you weren’t obese you wouldn’t have an issue.

I was bmi 37.5 in May 24. I weighed 102kg. I am now BMI 22.3 and weigh 63kg. It’s life changing . I no longer take any bp, cholesterol or osteoarthritis medication.
