Hi All,

I am w3 d1 of Mounjaro. I'm 167cm and have dropped from 82kg to 77.6kg.
Great weight loss. I was hoping to stay on 2.5 as it is working well for me.

I was hoping to use different suppliers to take advantage of the new user discounts. My first pen came from Zava.

I am now officially have a bmi below 30. Can I now only continue with zava? Do you have to have a bmi over 30 to order from new supplier?

Tbh, I didn't really think this through did I?

Some providers will take you with a lower BMI. I personally switched to oushk when my BMI hit overweight. This was as I was looking at maintence and how it would work for me.

They usually send emails with discounts so it's not that bad

If you're below 30 they ask to see you previous prescriptions. Pics of the relevant part of the current / previous pen box. As well of course as a full application form . I moved to a cheaper pharmacy on the monj.co.uk site ok

I switched just before my BMI hit 30. I’m with Cloud as they agreed to prescribe until I hit BMI 21, and then provide maintenance long term.

What is maintenance please?

Maintenance is simply maintaining your weight loss once you hit goal weight. Probably the hardest bit of the process for most of us!!

There are a few suppliers who won’t take you on under 30bmi but most will. To move, you simply fill in the consultation form, add the information that you are already on the medication and which dosage, include a photo of the box label and order the strength you want.

I settled with my current pharmacy at bmi 29 (now 23) but still keep my eyes open in case I like the sound of somewhere else!! 😁

How are med express once you go below a bmi of 30? I’ve been with them the whole journey so far.

By maintence I mean a company who will prescribe once you reach target weight, I am aiming for 23 ish BMI. Some companies cut you off as soon as you reach 25.

Oushk have a clear maintence policy where they prescribe indefinitely. When I started this journey several months ago not many had maintence plans but I will say there is alot more clarity now and there are several that offer this. There are a number of threads discussing them if you want to consider this towards the end of your journey

@liquoriceallsortfamily as far as I know, ME continue to prescribe to around 23.5. They are one of the ones that will NOT take on new customers under 30bmi but if you’re with them already and don’t mind that they have a 2 year prescribing limit, you’re fine.

None of the providers will cut you off if you go under 30 - getting under 30 is the goal after all. It's only an issue if you move to a new supplier and your BMI is too low to 'start' - you have to evidence you've been on it up to now.

They all have varying BMI limits. I was cut off by ZAVA at 23 but accepted by Oushk for a low dose 5mg maintenance providing I send all proof of previous prescriptions and pictures from the beginning of taking MJ up to now. I really like Oushk, I find them very personable rather than blanket “computer says no” style assessments.

Thank you everyone. I had miscalculated my bmi, so still over 30.
I have ordered with oushk and will probably stick with them as they let me choose Saturday as a delivery date.

Do oushk do discount codes going forwards or is it just one code for new customers?

@50lbstolose They have a long running £15 off code for all and also offer slightly higher one off codes every so often.
