12.5mg - how’s your suppressive?

Only took yesterday but don’t feel much yet. I think my strongest suppression was 7.5mg.
Feeling a bit despondent as only 1 more dose I can go to- appreciate it’s early days with this dose.

It can take up to 72hrs for the full effect of a dose. I’ve been on MJ for nearly a year now and still have some weeks where suppression is up and down on the same dose.

I took 12.5mg on Thursday, feeling very full today, had small portions of food. 10mg lasted 7 weeks for me, shame as it was very strong when it did work.
