I moved from 2.5 to 5mg which I've been on for nearly 2 months. I've noticed I'm getting hungrier on Day 4 and snacking more. Should next order be 7.5?

Yes I move up when I feel the impact has slowed down. Is there anything making you reluctant to increase?

Yep think it's time to move up. Been lucky hardly any side effects hence reluctant to change.
