3 week break?

Currently on 10mg, have been on Mounjaro since October.
Absolutely full suppression on this dose and seem to be doing well on it.
If I went on a 3 week break (various reasons I'm not getting into) would I have to start back at the 2.5mg dose or could I say have a 5mg dose then the week after jump back up to 10mg?
Has anyone done the same?

I looked into this yesterday and if you miss 3 doses you need to start back at 2.5, if you only miss 2 doses you can continue on the same dose.

Some prescribers may put you on 5 or 7.5, but the manufacturer recommends 2.5 after a two week break.

bear in mind those who’ve used higher doses usually have a tolerance and won’t find lower doses effective.

Speak to your prescriber but many now seem happy for you to drop a dose if it has been fairly short term.
