Issues with curate health pharmacy

I have ordered my third pen with curate, I have sent photos and my 2 previous prescriptions. I have lost around 2 lbs a week since February. They have said I now need a 10 minute video consultation with the only dates available in the last week in may, too late for me to start my third pen. I have asked for a refund and will try and order from my previous pharmacy. Has anyone had similar issues?

Hey a bit late but yes!! I ordered 3rd May, had the consultation and submitted evidence and my order is still pending. I was due to move up to 10mg on Friday last week. No reply from them. I don’t understand why they take the money before approving. I feel like I’m going to end up ordering elsewhere and hope to get money back from Curate. £140 down if I don’t. Have you had any update?

I wish I had did a deeper google search before I ordered 🙃. Hoping to hear back tomorrow but if not then will start chargeback process.

@Jac666 Yes same with me, been with them 8 mths now missed 2 jabs. Had video consultation now complete silence except 1 email stating no stock on 15 mg. My emails have been returned as Spam. No answer via phone. Pse advise if and when you get a refund.

I had app for video call. Waited patiently signed in. They didnt contact me. Sent my pen out 2 days later but was 10mg as they are saying constantly out of 12.5. Think time to move as other providers have the 12.5.

@Hangryjinkyboy I had my video consultation and nothing since. Cannot contact them as all email addresses are being sent back. They are ignoring my messages on their website. Cannot get thru by phone. Glad you received your meds. It is nearly 2 weeks since my last jab so will have to start again. Do you have any other way of contacting them?

Hi im so sorry . Im definitely changing . I have a email that actually accepts incoming , the others dont. Will send it in a bit. Im gonna go with medical market place. They are same prices as curate. Or Envigore or cloud. My online friends use them . All good pharmacy. 2 are in edinburgh those ones 20 quid dearer. But be worth it. Shame as ive been with curate since last july. Kiran@ curate.co.uk. she even took 5 days to return my email. My meds came out no email to tell me just arrived. Still no 12.5 months no stock on it. Other companies do. I will double check the email address. Good luck

@Hangryjinkyboy Thanks a lot will try this email. Have started a cash back & reported them to Trading Standards. To add insult to injury I am getting daily emails offering discount 😕 on my order status it says on hold. This company is a disgrace.

Same here. Priority ordering 48 hr delivery. I emailed asked if they had 12.5 in. Next week. Lol not had it for months. Want ur money Then say no stock shocking. Good luck xx

@Hangryjinkyboy The email you gave me worked, I also used it for another name who had contacted me, neither emails were returned 👍 The trading standards gave me a template legal letter which I will use. In the meantime awaiting cash back 🤞then will start again.

That girl on email got back to me, took cple days though. 😒

That's shocking. Go on till tok put in curate... cple girls promote curate , brand ambassadors. Gina and Emmy message them. They have helped me. Got me that email address. Time b4 spoke to owner hot my order sent out. The have both lost bout 5 stone each. Genuine girls. Worth a try. Think on insta too. Good luck xx

@Hangryjinkyboy It's Keith Maddison holding company Clarity Biolife. This may help someone else. I have sent my letter, let's see what happens.
