Hi, I also started my journey today.
I am severely overweight, with PCOS, and over the last few months with work being very busy (sedentary) I just ate my way through life. I feel like I'm obsessed with food, thinking what I'll eat next and next and next.
Starting weight 110kg/243 lbs.
I did the jab this morning - was easier than I thought it will be, and completely painless. I injected in my thigh. The suppression in my appetite literally kicked in a couple of hours (on 2.5).
Apart from having a slight headache and being extremely thirsty all day, it's been all good.
Have only eaten around 1,000 kcal today as not hungry at all, and when I was eating I just got full after only a couple of bites.
