Medexpress delays

Anyone recently done a first order from medexpress, I bucked up the courage and ordered my first wegovy injection and its been stuck on awaiting dispatch for 6days now and nothing.
I got a email 4 days ago saying there is delays but no time frame on it .
I don't know if I should cancel and order from some where else

Also any experience or advice on a first timers ?
How much weight did people loose if any with 0.25 ?

I had the same issue - I ended up emailing them daily but it was still almost 2 weeks, I switched to pillsorted and they have been brilliant - first order within 72hours and my repeat was despatched within 24 hours.

Mine came in 4 days back in January- the only issue I had ordering was they wanted a clear picture- I’ve had no issues with medexpress since. I lost about 10lbs on 2.5 with a healthy diet- I’ve slowed now but still losing and lots of inches, good luck!

I got approved and 3 days later it still wasn’t dispatched and I got an email saying there were delays. I sent an email asking when it would be on its way or I’d need to cancel.
dont think it was a coincidence that I got a dispatch email within an hour 😆

Oh really ? I contacted then the other day and they said they have marked mine as urgent but still nothing

It arrived on Monday and I started it on Wednesday am

This is what happened with mine - I had to chase - it took 10 days from ordering to receiving!

I ordered MJ from MedExpress on Tuesday last week, received my own yesterday.

Received my PEN yesterday 😂

So annoyed they finally dispatched mine yesterday was due to be delivered today and just got a email from royal mail saying they can't deliver today and will deliver on next working day which is Tuesday!!!

Will I be able to still use it
I've read it has to be in the fridge?

It will be in an insulated package with ice packs, so when you get it on Tuesday if the pen itself still feels cold to the touch then it should be ok. It’s also ok if you plan to use it within the next couple of weeks. The instructions for use for Wegovy say that you can keep a pen for 6 weeks if it’s been kept between 2 and 30 degrees.
