I’m obese, but only just - bmi 31 (32 on a bad day).

Ive been considering wli’s for over 6 months and have finally decided to go for it. I completed an online form for one of the better known suppliers, last week, and still haven’t heard back. I’m worried that this means I will be rejected ( not the best word).

Ive had my gallbladder removed and have had cancer. Are these going against me?

If it’s medexpress, they’re experiencing delays at the moment (again!).

Some pharmacies may not like your medical history but others will be more flexible. If one says no, shop around. Have a look on monj.co.uk for loads of information. Good luck!

I was accepted with a bmi of 29 with juniper so I doubt it's that. Try someone else?

LightCameraBitchSmile · 28/04/2025 20:40

The gallbladder is the issue - it they will tell you if they’re not sure / have questions / are declining you

KentishMama · 28/04/2025 20:44

Yup, the gallbladder will be the red flag. Cancer isn't an issue unless it's thyroid?

I ticked no to 'gallbladder problems ' as my problems stopped once my gall bladder was removed ! Nearly 1 yr on wli .

Thanks all.
I’ll give it another day, then contact them.

Some of the suppliers don't like it if you've had your gallbladder removed but others are ok with it. I had mine out last year and Oushk are aware and supplying me. So if yours says no you could try there instead.
