Plateau ??

I’m on week 4 of 2.5 and I seem to be stuck ! First 3 weeks I lost 12 lbs and was delighted, I weigh weekly on the day I give myself the injection, weighed this morning, and I’ve not lost an ounce ?! Could it be that I’m not eating enough, as my appetite is really suppressed at the moment ? What advice can anyone give me to get past this ? I’m attending my son’s wedding in a few months and I really need to shift some weight !!!

It’s one week, it’s not a plateau. You’ve lost loss of weight in 3 weeks, it’s very normal for it to slow or pause for one week. In a few months you will have lost more weight, don’t panic over one weigh in.

Honestly it is completely normal, it could be a daily fluctuation or your body adjusting to the very rapid weight loss of the previous 3 weeks. It is not a plateau which would be closer to 4 weeks with no losses. Be patient and keep up with the basics - healthy calorie deficit , protein with every meal, water, reduced carbs/sugar, nutritious meals.

This, with big shiny bells on.

Could b anything. I don't loose when my period is due and the next week there is usually a big drop.

Its not about not eating enough. That's a myth. If you needed to eat more then anorexics wouldn't be so near fatally skinny. Occasionally after several months of a v low calorie diet it can be helpful to have a couple of days of eating a lot and then go back to restricting, but you aren't at that point yet.
