This is our 9th month , going to 10th - gather round my little auggies 😍 and we are all doing amazingly

some are at goal - and working out maintenance

some nearing it

some still have weight they want to lose

Some have stopped and blowing baby dust your way

but ALL of us have lost weight and I love the fact we are all so supportive to each other over weight and our general day to day lives 💖

@Weepixie thanks and I suspect you are right. I always feel exhausted, trouble with sleeping and terrible nightmares. I have emailed Hira in detail for advice on maintaining. Only 3 pounds to go now. I am terrified of gaining it all back though. In lockdown I got to 9 stone 4 pounds then over 4 years it crept up ro 11 stone and I was desperate until my doctor mentioned MJ last August..I had never heard of it! How are you doing by the way?

at first she thought I was new to O and I said no had a few 15 off them - she found me by postcode and obv video call looks like my driving licence pic but I didn’t seem to be in their System

@Azuresky68 you know my views. Your body is telling you that you need more then a 1000. If maintaining be 1500 wouldn’t it due to tdee

I know you want to get to lower. I can only suggest higher oen to curb appetite more but honestly eating less then 1000 I don’t think is healthy

I may be wrong. But you can only try. So use someone you haven’t before to get a huge discount

Plus I didn’t say this but add on 2/3 lb to your weight so back to overweight if makes you feel better

@Blondeshavemorefun great idea. I managed to get £60 off once when I ordered from another supplier. I am still unsure how often Oushk expects us to order a pen? This time I ordered 2 and put it on my credit card (ouch) I really don't want to pay £15 a month for not having a pen!

I’m sure I read somewhere need to order within 3mths but again as long as have one from another I can’t see the harm

Absolutely happy to shop around but it's tricky with stock levels ATM. However just tried Chemist4U as showing as £161 on monj (-30 for new customers & filtered list to 12.5mg) however get thru the consultation and its £248 and after all that the code didn't work either! Will somewhere else!

Redone it and it was 162 so god knows what happened the first time!!

I passed a new milestone today too. They're all squeezed together so it doesn't feel like a woo hoo moment but my weight is (by a elephant's breath) just in the 9s for the first time since 2018.

I had a doctor's appt today where I was told not to worry about losing any more weight, bmi of 24.6 is absolutely fine for a 40-something woman. But now I'm here i definitely want to go a smidge lower - now i know it's achievable.

Well done everyone 🥳 great to see all the progress😁 I’ve lost the pound which takes me into bmi 24.8, finally in the healthy range. First time in 20+ years. Want to lose another stone if my body lets me. And really need to explore maintenance plans. I’ve been with the family chemist for a while, anyone discussed maintenance with them ?
I’ve left it too late to move to ousk (well I could fib by two pounds but don’t know if I’m still too low at 25 to be taken ). Will ask TFC and see what they offer.

@Slimhopes not too late. I've just moved to them with bni 24.5 . Think you can up to 22 or 23..

They won't cut you off either and can go as low as 19 u think.. I like the free postage and 15% off. So gonna try stay with them now..

And they always gave me my 15mg during the shortages so il l check what they offer but ousk sound like they’ve prob got the best flexible options

Hi ladies. Congratulations to everyone reaching goal weight, healthy bmi, nsv etc. So proud of you all ❤️
I've not posted for a while as I'm still really struggling with body issues/imposter syndrome and I know you all think I'm just being silly so I've kept away for a bit.
Anyway. I have smashed through 8 stone loss after a slow few weeks and I'm now in the 10s - eek! Not been in the 10s in this century 😂 I have decided that 10st 7lbs is my goal weight so just 5lbs to go. Although I'll still be overweight (apparently!) I'm happy with my size and will be working on toning up.

@4pink1blue. Well done on your amazing transformation. So sorry you are struggling and I hope things improve. Nobody thinks anyone is silly on this thread. Some of us have expressed our own issues with our body image and our lifelong struggle with our weight. We have shared many things on here and speaking personally this thread has been my lifeline throughout my weight loss. Wishing you all the very best and please come back soon ❤️

Is everyone aware of this site? It now has a really good list of maintenance providers. Definitely worth a look. I am with Oushk and paid £143.50 for a 10 mg pen with maintenance code - 15% off and free p&p.
I could have got a pen from other providers for around £135 so good to know what's on offer. Can't believe the prices Boots charge!

I think we can prob all go a little lower so maybe 22/23 but I worry I won’t be able to keep it there unless always on mj - which I don’t want ideally to be but maybe I always will - guess till we lower and come off we won’t know

no I don’t think you have left it too low for maintenance as long as can prove been on so was a higher bmi

as I said hira was lovely and asked for a basic recap so I said I was 17/4 bmi of nearly 38. Now I’m 24 and 11.4 and lost 6s and she said well done - so now you want to come with us for maintenance - and I said no I am with you. Have been a few pens - I was in the system hence the link not going into basket but she found me via my postcode

but this waffle means she was happy to take on maintenance so I would contact them. Get a video app for £5 and get on her books

they won’t cut you off as long as not under 19 and I said I would never manage to get there and be happy /amazing if got to 22/23

thr free postage is a big thing as their postage is more costly at £7 but you get to choose a day which is handy for some

we all have our issues. I still look at my thighs and hips as large but you auggies all say I look good

Just jumping in to say @4pink1blue wow.. you look fabulous.. and in the 10s from 19 is amazing.. can I ask how tall you are?

You look fabulous and so elegant @4pink1blue , what an achievement. Can relate to the imposter syndrome (in most areas of my life, not just image lol) but we can only keep on plodding and tell ourselves well done in our heads. I keep trying to be kinder to myself in my head and hoping it’ll stick. Whether we’re at goal or stones away from that, we’ve all lost loads of weight and improved our health with whatever progress we’ve made.

Quick check in from me, have gained 0.5lb this week but am on period so think it’s just that. Now in centerparcs for a week, so hoping all the exercise will help me get back on track!

Amazing to see so many getting close to or into healthy BMI weights. I've still a couple of pounds to go and you lot are motivating me to really stick with it.

I think the photos show how much variety there is in size, height, where we carry our weight, and how our bidies feel. Shows why BMI in itself is not a great measure.

@20bloodypounds many of us are getting close - how near are you to top bmi or are you in bmi but want own personal goal

totally agree we are all diff shapes and sizes

I rem an article years ago in a mag. Possibly woman /woman’s own and they had a page of size 12 and a page of size 16. All in jeans and white tops

from 4ft 10 - 6ft all going up in 2 inches so 8 ladies per size

and underneath it showed their weights

and headline was all these are 12/16

and all diff shapes /heights etx

it was an interesting read
