I’m def selling too cheap. Or maybe people like bundles as get more for their money

I see dresses being sold for £2 so I did 4 dresses for £10 so 2.50. They’ve just been brought - I’m glad I’m getting rid of stuff but as they weee think £8/10 each feel gutted selling for 1/4 of price but guess that’s Vinted

@Blondeshavemorefun good luck with maintenance call! Let us know how you get on. I am waiting to speak on the phone to them as my code isn't working even after they said they had reset it. I couldn't find the What's App number anywhere..are you OK to put it on here please for future reference?
Re Vinted..you haven't been selling too cheap, even though I feel the same. Most of prices are really low on there but it's also really cheap to buy. Would you buy anything pre worn? I have quite a lot of nice 'as new' clothes from Vinted and charity shops. Can't believe that some people sell on Vinted to make money..they buy in bulk then resell elsewhere. There are a few FB pages for Vinted sellers where they buy and sell huge bundles for reselling..I don't know why they bother.
For me it just feels good to make a little then maybe buy a brand new/nearly new item for under £5

Disappointing weight loss, more or less stalled this past 8 weeks. But still losing inches, so I guess there may be fat loss and muscle gain? (clutches at straws!)

Azuresky68 · 21/05/2025 11:58

Had problems using my Oushk Maintenance code so had to phone twice this morning. My pen runs out on Sunday and new pen won't arrive until next Wednesday so that will be interesting. Hopefully there's a bit left to extract from my current pen although I have already extracted 2.5 mls x 3 to top up doses!

Sorry to hear that. Have you much left to lose? I have 4 pounds to go but it's stayed the same for what seems like ages. I am still counting calories most days.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/05/2025 12:28

Yes I can’t see the harm in posting it

07301 001050

yes happy to buy second hand - but I’m wary of sizes as I still can’t get into a 14 but the 16 are now loose round waist but not thighs

@1SillySossij sorry you have stalked for so long. You say 8w so you literally haven’t lost anything in 2mth? Or just slow

are you near to healthy bmi as that makes it harder when the last few lbs and maybe like I said to @Azuresky68that the weight she is , is her weight

but yes if losing inches that’s good.

I wish I could lose inches off my thighs /hips

wats app them @Azuresky68. They really do reply quickly and thanks about Tom. I don’t know what to ask tbh or which plan to have. I guess to taper down and eat more cals a day and see if sts

Tho just read someone is on mj to lose 20lb. That’s a stone and a half

seems crazy to be on a drug with such a small amount to lose

she’s a triathlon and has high colestral so can get mj but seems wrong to me

Azuresky68 · 21/05/2025 13:15

@Blondeshavemorefun don't worry about choosing plan..I don't even know what I am on! When I got through on the phone about discount code she asked me which plan I was on and u said I didn't know!

I assume she got the Mounjaro because she’s an athlete and even being an athlete hasn’t protected her from what is probably a genetic disposition to high cholesterol so something had to be done aboug it medically.

I was about to be put on statins for what was a sneaky change in my cholestrol over a period of 5 months. Both went from being very good to bad but the Mounjaro/weight loss has now slashed it again to the absolute best side of normal and my risk of stroke etc is much, much lower.

And I think that’s what’s going to happen with Mounjaro as time passes - obvious benefits are going to crop up, benefits no one had thought of probably, and people will be prescribed Mounjaro because it works on so many things.

I suspect the triathlete had been trying in the traditional way to reduce her cholesterol and it wasn’t working, she was in danger, and her Dr knew the Mounjaro would quickly lower her cholesterol via weight loss so he prescribed it.

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/05/2025 14:18

Guess that makes sense @Weepixie

irs amazing how mj does do much

I think it’s helped my aches /arthritis in my ankle /knee. Yes they still hurt ache and esp today as rained going to school

ankle and knee def don’t like rain or hills

but seems to help with so many other medical issues

to drop the price would be amazing even if went to 50% less

Thanks. I’m def going to stay on it for maybe 3/6mths to see if can maintain on a lower dose

but if I can’t then I guess I will have to stay on 15. But it’s bloody costly

as you auggies know I’m a rare breed and hardcore 😂 and no real side effects and in top dose and still eats crisps etx as def doesn’t take the food noise away for me

I am def feeling big hunger the day before I jab

Tummy is growling in bed wanting breakie

how can this be on 15

which makes me worry that if I came off it I would be eating an elephant now minus it’s penis obviously 😂

seriously tho , I don’t get these people who get full suppression ans can’t eat more then half a rice cake on 2.5/5

I want to eat and know it’s healthy to eat. I’ve always had 3 meals. Sometimes May be smaller

and as I said when went out for Mother’s Day breakie with dd how much less I ate in previous years so I guess I do get sone suppression

yesterday

b sour dough toast with strawberries 200
l chicken and roasted veg 350
t jacket tuna cheese salad 400
s crisps low cal, and skinny bar so 120c roughly

I just really notice it the day before WWJ

NippyNinjaCrab · 22/05/2025 08:17

Morning, i don't get much suppression and although I did at the start, I haven't had the experience of i couldn't eat. I do feel hunger, normal hunger pangs and know I need to eat. It's controlling my cravings, it's making me mindful of what I'm eating and how much. I'm finding i experience the slow digestion so even if I feel hungry I need to be careful what I'm eating or my tummy gets awful cramps in my upper digestive tract. This is a relatively new thing and I've tracked it to when I've left longer between jabs. This routine was recommended by Oushk when I had my maintenance call. Every 9 days instead of 7.
I don't think it's good to have a feeling of full suppression later on in my journey, it's my personal opinion that I need to learn to control my eating habits because I don't want to take this indefinitely. I'm happy with the crutch of a small dose at the moment. X

NippyNinjaCrab · 22/05/2025 08:20

I'm going to view a cottage today, it's rural and on a private estate. Keep your fingers crossed it's suitable for me. I've got bloody sinusitis, feel like shit, like a wrung out wee chamois. Xx

morbidcuriosity · 22/05/2025 09:06

Had to move my car seat again.. couple clicks forward, couple clicks up. Haha.
This is a thing I never thought about in weight loss, but I suppose it makes sense.. less bum so lower down in my seat. Haha..

Anyone else?

Just looked at my progress and I have only lost a pound since February...on 10 mg. Hoping to have lost another by Friday or Sunday...haven't decided which day to weigh. Thinking am going to email Hira for advice 🤔

Yes knob dog will love the quiet haha. Its about 15 mins from me just now. I'm laughing at the shoe sizes, I've always had one foot smaller than the other, a size 7 is my usual but I'm finding that with some styles I need a 7.5 for comfort. Also need to watch a 7 isn't a 40 ffs, wish they would tell you on some sites. Xx

Panic over. She rang. She is lovely and sooooooooooo pretty !! So I said I would like to come off eventually but worries I may gain -

as did lose 4s 20yrs ago but gained 6 over the years

she said for someone like me I may be on it for life and that’s fine but to get to what I want - so 11s and then taper slowly down. She suggests a month a dose lowering and said those who do it every 2w May find they struggle but obv everyone is diff

and the good thing is that I can change anytime I want to. Whether to stay on for life. To get off. Then if struggle go back on as long as bmi isn’t 19.

I said that would never happen and if I can get to 23/24 I would be happy

so guess try and get to 11 and then start eating slightly more to maintain if hungry and then taper down
