Just had lunch , followed by a decaf coffee. As I was making the coffee it occurred to me just how different my lunch looks on MJ to just a few weeks ago.
Then - cheese, cucumber, salad cream sandwich and crisps. Or bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich and brown sauce.
Coffee after, with at least 2 snacks out of the kids lunchbox stash - 2 finger kitkat, rocky bar etc. Or half a pack of biscuits.
Now - 3 ryvita, sweet chilli philly, crudités, houmous. I'm eating this most days as I enjoy it so much!
Decaf coffee. No desire for a snack whatsoever.
