Can I start MJ with a cold?

My mounjaro came yesterday. I have a stinking cold- mainly a sore throat, bit of a headache yesterday, blocked ears, snotty and sore glands. No temp. Just when I wake in the morning I feel awful but then I get through the day. My colds linger for weeeeks. Should I wait until fully recovered or just bite the bullet? I'm sick, but not sick enough to not want to stuff my face with the entirety of the kitchen cupboards apparently 🙃😂

I was in exactly the same position when I started, so delayed my start date by several weeks (It was January when most of the country had that horrible illness that lasted a month+)

The reason being is that for some people, it can cause side effects straight away, especially if you aren't clean eating/avoiding fatty foods. If you are ill, you won't know if side effects are the illness or the injection.

It won't make any difference waiting for a few weeks when your weight loss journey will hopefully be a long term change
