Abdominal Tenderness

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone else has experienced abdominal tenderness,hardness and should I be worried - I’m thinking about pancreatitis actually but I may be panicking…when I lie flat some of my abdomen feels tender, particularly the left hand side but all over really. There is a hard part half way between navel and the bottom of my rib cage too. I have had 2 doses of 2.5mg of Mounjaro so far. Should I wait until the tenderness and hard area goes before I take dose 3. I am currently at 11stone 7lbs from 12stone 2lbs but have hit a weight loss plateau and my weight hasn’t changed for a few days. No other side effects really and no constipation either. I would be very grateful to hear from anyone who has had this hardness/tenderness issue. Thanks

Can you go to your provider or doctor to ask for advice? It does sound a bit weird. I was also thinking that you said you are not losing any more, but it has been two weeks, so not long and what you have lost is a lot for two weeks. Go and see the doctor I think. Just in case? Better than risking it escalating into something serious.

I have a twinging pain under my left rib and am also wondering should I even have dose three? In my 2 doses I have gone from 79kg to 74kg and am eating 1400 calories a day at least. I cannot healthily eat less so plan to start the gym again, but like you am worried about dose 3 due to twinges!
