On 12.5mg and still 7 stone to lose, worried

Hi! I started Mj September last year, starting weight 23st (which shot up to health issues and trauma) I’ve lost 3 stone since then (I’m now 20st).

Since upping to 10mg, I have had no appetite suppressant for months after it working okay initially, but I couldn’t afford to go up to 12.5mg. After lots of careful budgeting I have finally moved up to 12.5mg but I’m getting no suppression or feeling of fullness at all! My food noise is still strong and I want to eat everything, trying very hard to stay in some kind of deficit but for the last couple of months I’ve fluctuated on losing and gaining the same 7lbs due to the fact I’m not feeling full anymore.

Has anyone been in the same boat? I’m feeling so anxious as I still have 7 stone to lose and I’m worried if 12.5mg isn’t working then I’m on my last chance with 15mg. Not sure if any of this makes sense, just feeling worried about the huge amount still to lose, potentially without the help of MJ. I felt fairly confident to start with but I am wondering why it’s seemingly not working anymore? Thank you for reading!

What else are you doing alongside taking MJ? I'm on 15mg and I still get hungry, but I meal plan using an app and am still recording everyday despite doing this for over a year. I'm in the gym nearly every day and am more active generally. I also work on my mental attitude to food so have been shifting my mindset and how I think of food and the role it plays in my everyday life. I've now lost 37 kgs which is just under 6 stone.

I found it unhelpful to focus on how much you have to lose, it's such a negative way to look at it. Small wins is what you're after. Did I hit my calorie target for the day? Did I drink my water? Did I get my carb/fat/protein balance right? Did I do my exercise? Start ticking those off and you feel you're accomplishing things, over time it shifts things in your head.

Would you try dropping back down if you were doing better on 10mg?

Have a look at the monj website for cheaper pens. Medicine marketplace have 15mg for £135 and a few different pharmacies will price match. It doesn't have to be expensive.

I know it’s not what you’re asking but I noticed last month that 15mg and 12.5mg were the same price with my supplier.
Obviously I’m not doing it as I would get jumped on for suggesting it! But I suppose some savvy people may buy the 15mg and take out the 12.5 (50 clicks rather than 60) and stretch the pens out a bit more for the same price. That person would have to worry about a whole range of possible health implications from “not following the proper rules” but you may be one of these reckless people.
Of Course I’m not 😈
