Is anyone else having issues?

I know they have huge pressures but they send an email saying meds have been prescribed and will be sent in one working day. I know we’ve had Easter but five working days later and nothing to say it’s been sent.

They said things are taking longer than usual when I emailed them earlier. They get 5/5 for their customer service reply so fast.

Anyone know how long the wait is for an initial medication delivery?

No issues here, I ordered 5mg on Monday (Bank Holiday) and my delivery came yesterday (Wednesday).
I've been using them since November though so I'm not a new customer, the wait is usually longer for new customers.

Yes am a new customer but distinctly unimpressed so far. “Volume of orders leading to slight delays” is their update.
It was prescribed on 15th April. Still no email to say it’s been despatched. On the point of cancelling the order now tbh.

Cancelled it….what a shambles of a company.

I’m convinced something is going on.. I’ve had another email from them just now regarding referral codes. 😬

I suspect they are overwhelmed with orders from people wanting to use up their referral credit before it is removed.

No delay. Ordered Tuesday arrived Wednesday. Experience has always been good with them. I don't chop and change suppliers which I sometimes wonder if it makes a difference

That’s rubbish. Sorry to hear you had this experience. I am also a new customer (2.5 so completely new maybe you are another dose?) I ordered on 16th and did get the email saying there were delays but it was delivered on Tuesday 22nd. I will definitely be ordering early for my second pen.
