I've been on 2.5mg for 4 weeks - ish (had a week break due to problem with pen/me being an idiot).
Week 5 tomorrow.
I've lost 6lb and whilst I have made better choices and have some suppression I've still just mindlessly eaten 3 ring donuts.
So I've ordered my next pen for 5mg
Whilst I'm happy I've made changes, obviously I've not made enough and I'm disappointed with my loss so far (sw 12st 4lb), is going up to 5mg now sensible or a knee jerk reaction?
Advice, experiences, options very much wanted please 🙏
