How do I order next dose up? MedExpress

I’m currently two weeks into 2.5mg and doing really well. My account on MedExpress says I can re-order 2.5mg from tomorrow but I want to increase to 5mg.

I’ve contacted MedExpress and they’ve said I’m on a one-time purchase because I hadn’t taken weight loss injections previously. I’m really confused, has anyone experienced this or can advise, please?

Surely they just mean that you've only had one previous order? Most online pharmacies let you click the re-order button and then choose the dose level, the same or one higher/lower if that applies.

So, tomorrow, just click on the re-order option and see if there's the option to ask for 5mg. That's a very standard thing, so they will have a system for it.

I assume they mean that you need the 4 weeks of 2.5 and then you can move to 5? I’m with them and I could order 5 on my last two weekish of 2.5

You just click reorder - it takes you through the questions again (some pre filled out now) then there is a drop down menu and you pick the dose.
