What's for breakfast?

I've mostly been having protein yogurts, or branflakes. Bit bored, what are your faves?

Overnights oats with blueberries chia and flaxseed
Poached eggs
Salmon and asparagus

Protein yoghurt with granola and/or fruit
Eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, poached sometimes sometimes with bacon or salmon
small loaf bacon medallions sandwich sometimes with a fried egg too if hungry day

Eggs, feta and smoked salmon. I am a creature of habit!!

Scrambled eggs usually.

Greek yoghurt with blueberries or strawberries and mixed nuts

Fat free greek yoghurt with fruit, nuts, seeds or a little granola if feeling lazy

Overnight oats - favourite ones are peanut butter, with chia seeds, cinnamon and coca powder or apple bircher, which has flaxseed, apple puree, cinnamon, mixed spice and nutmeg, plus warm cooked apple mixed with cinnamon, honey and tahini on top.

I have toast most days, occasionally bacon and scrambled egg

No carbs, tofu, spinach, scrambled eggs, feta, mixed seeds, green peas

Usually just a banana here. Sometimes some cereal eg Weetabix

Nothing. As I’ve tended to combine my injection with some intermittent fasting. And I never felt like eating first thing even prior to the MJ.
