5mg -7.5mg

Morning, does anyone have any experience of 7.5 mg of mounjaro?
I’m moving up next week and wondered if anyone had different experiences from 5mg ?

It’s fine. I was a bit bloated for a couple of days which meant I didn’t lose but it was not a problem at all. Good luck!

how was your suppression?

I was a little yucky moving up but it soon went. In fact I have stayed on 7.5 for an extra month as it seems fine. Good luck!

I didn’t notice much difference. Little bit more side effects. Nausea and one bout of diarrhea. That’s in ten weeks.

at goal now so moving back down to 5mg - hopefully for maintenance😊

Thank you all, I was nervous moving up to 5 but had minimal side effects apart from 2-3 days after each jab on week 1&2 then was fine but suppression and hunger was coming back so I decided to move to 7.5. Hope it’s kind to me!

Weirdly I didn’t notice any different in appetite suppression from 5mg to 7.5mg.

i take my first 5mg this weekend so will be interested to see if I notice any change going the other way.

I have never had the strong g suppression people talk about - I have always been able to finish meals and would never be able to skip a meal. But for me that’s perfect. I am planning on staying on MJ for maybe another year - or maybe forever if the food noise and appetite comes roaring back without it

@Bellyblueboyi can finish a meal most days but I’m satisfied with smaller portions and have no desire to snack but by the end of the week I’m rooting for something more

Suppression was fine. Much the same as 5mg and the pesky food noise went away!! It saw me through Christmas and New Year with no real problems.
