5mg from a 7.5mg

I am on week 2 of 7.5 and am experiencing horrible side effects, mainly nausea and dizziness, I want to reduce back to 5mg which the pharmacy has also suggested. I have 15mg left in the pen so could have 3 x 5mg, however I’m not sure how to get this accurate with the pen, can anyone advise

There are 60 clicks for a full dose.
40 clicks will get you 5mg from a 7.5mg dosing pen. Or 0.4ml if you extract with a syringe.
