I'm doing OK so far on MJ - 50lb since mid January, and it's changed my life.
This week I've gained 3lb that doesn't seem to be shifting, and I don't get why. I've maintained a calorie deficit of around 700/day, logging religiously on MFP. I've also been out for long walks as I'm off work. The only explanation I can think of is that it's my ovulation week, which I believe can cause water retention. Is this normal?
