Anyone get their mounjaro through their GP . Or did they have to be referred to weight management first .

I think it's very unlikely that there's anyone here who has been prescribed Mounjaro solely for weight loss by their GP. Even those who have been on the weight management programmes are likely to have only been offered bariatric surgery, with a small number being offered Wegovy.

There is a programme called Oviva which might be available in your area, which may offer Wegovy, might be worth checking out?
