My starting weigh in was in jeans and a jumper. I'm in oh bottoms and a chunky cardigan (but light ).
I'm checking in after week 1 tomorrow bit appear to only have lost 0.5 kg which is very disappointing. Is this maybe just because 2.5 isn't yet therapeutic?
