Week 1. Hardly any weight loss and I'm wearing pjs ...

My starting weigh in was in jeans and a jumper. I'm in oh bottoms and a chunky cardigan (but light ).
I'm checking in after week 1 tomorrow bit appear to only have lost 0.5 kg which is very disappointing. Is this maybe just because 2.5 isn't yet therapeutic?
If so it cements my theory I can eat like a bird and STILL not lose weight off my peri body. Sigh. I'll keep going because I feel thinner but urgh. I am
Never that person who loses half a stone in week one !!!

Are you weighing yourself at the same time of the day? I weigh myself naked each morning after using the loo (sorry if TMI) as I can't get a consistent picture of what my weight is doing. I don't fret if it's gone up slightly or stayed the same as I know it can fluctuate, but the overall trend is moving down.

Also, are you calorie counting and eating in deficit? I found that I have been able to very comfortably eat 1200 cal/day whilst exercising to burn 2400 cal/day on 2.5mg, but the effects can vary for each person. But if you're not in deficit, or not a very large deficit, then your progress will be a bit slower.

Also 0.5kg is a pound isn't it so that's quite good if it's accurate. I wouldn't aim for more than 1kg/2 pounds a week anyway.

Objectively I know a pound or two is slow and steady but the ever hopeful inside me is hoping I'll have a big first week
A typical day before would be :
Cereal such as blueberry wheats
Coffee
Mid morning biscuits one or two
Lunch: omelette if home or a jacket spud and tina mayo or beans
Evening : hello fresh meal eg lentil shep pie or say a veggie curry and rice
Snacks was my downfall, rice cakes , cheese, pickles, biscuits , maybe some chocolate like a Twix or a few chocolate digestives or a bag of crisps

This week I have not wanted breakfast but instead had lunch and been eating smaller jacket potato with salad or smaller omelette with salad
Evening meals have been smaller portions too
No snacks at all
But I have had a few days with wine
I will next week log all food and drink so I see my calories but there has been a massive drop in intake
I feel so much freer from
Food noise- which ironically autocorrects to noose...and I did feel like I was always hungry, always thinking of food and that has totally changed. I give it a fleeting thought but nothing more
