Protein shake recommendations

Hi. Can anyone recommend a tasty and reasonably priced protein shake (from powder)? It’s just for when I fancy a lighter lunch or breakfast.
I looked at Slimfast but they’re actually quite high in calories as they’re prepared with skimmed milk. So maybe a water based one would be best.
I’m currently in Morocco with the runs (they’re back 😆) and have been craving a nice, simple protein shake. So at least I can look forward to some when I get home.
Thank you 🙂

I drink Huel shakes for lunch a lot. They have a balanced powder and a high protein one. It's 400 cal for 2 scoops which suits me as I am aiming for ~1200/fay, but you can always just have a smaller one if you don't want as much.

I use strawberry bliss from team rh fitness online shop. It's actually delicious

I use https://www.daremotivation.com

Black forest gateau is my favourite. Get a free shaker and t-shirt/water bottle with first order and 20% off with awesome20

Wasn't as keen on the Jaffa but it's okay. Didn't like leaving it over night for a thicker shake either.

I have huel black edition for breakfast. It is 400 calories and 32g of protein. I got a large delivery of them when they were on special offer as they have a long shelf life.

Myprotein are probably the best tasting I've ever tried. They do good discounts directly on their website.
I tried Huel for months and had stomach issues throughout and realised it was the flaxseed affecting me. It also is made from pea protein, so isn't the most pleasant tasting. Always would leave me with a dry throat as do all the vegan protein powders and quite grainy tasting.

Willpowders chocolate one. It doesn't taste like a protein shake.

The problem with drinking your meals is that they are absorbed more quickly so you rarely feel full, plus you get the associated insulin spike which is counter productive to weight loss or maintenance.

You will be far better off having a tin of oily fish and a couple of crackers for your first meal.

However you should be having a filling breakfast or else you will end up trying to make up for it by snacking later in the day.
