Anyone having an issue with Cloud Pharmacy?

I ordered my Mounjaro pen Saturday from Cloud Pharmacy. Their responses are usually very prompt. I had a message very late last night to ask for my height and weight which I had already supplied through the order process. However, I responded within minutes.

Since then nothing. I’ve emailed, messaged through my membership and tried to ring them but that just goes to a full mail box. My order status says ‘awaiting Response’. I paid for next day DPD delivery.

i’m a bit worried about it. I’ve ordered strength 15. It did says pens were in stock but is this some kind of stall because stocks are low? I don’t know whether just to order from somewhere else. It’s not being able to get in touch or gets response, which is such a pain.

To answer my own question. I’ve finally heard back after getting through to the clinical support. Apparently 12.5mg is out of stock and I’d have to accept 10mg as I can’t go from 10mg to 15mg. Except I’ve been on 12.5mg for 2 months (ordered from Cloud)and I’m looking to go up.

It’s been unexpectedly rubbish service from them. Disinformation and not actually checking my records. Disappointing and still not resolved.

Some pharmacies are still struggling with stocks of 12.5mg and 15mg. One was suggesting those on 12.5mg buy 10mg and use every 5-6 days until they get stocks of 12.5mg back in. Not ideal especially if you were planning to increase, but stocks at the wholesalers they use are really outside their control.

Sounds like their communication could have been better though.

@Glimmery Not good enough, I am looking for a new supplier. Whatever you do don't sign up with Curate Health.
