Can I use more than 1 dose of 2.5ml?

I was doing well on my first 4 weeks of 2.5ml of Mounjaro with a bit of nausea so I ordered the second pen of 2.5ml. I am 2 weeks into it and I have minimal suppression. Is it possible to do the full 60 clicks and then inject again (new needle) and do 30 clicks so I move up to 3.75? I have just ordered my next pen at 5ml so I just need to get through the next 2 weeks! Thank you.

Yes you could do that for one week, if you really feel you can't last for the next two weeks at 2.5mg. It's mg for the dosage btw, not ml, which is for the volume of medication.

The pen has a limited number of clicks in total though (240), so if you do 60 plus 30, you will not be able to do another full dose. You will only have 30 clicks left, so a half dose remaining. To do another full dose, or more, you would need to get separate syringes and use the liquid remaining in the pen.

Another option which I have seen others saying their pharmacist recommended (as you have completed the minimum of 4 weeks on 2.5mg with your first pen) is to temporarily inject every 5 or 6 days so concentration levels in your body will increase and you also finish your pen a little quicker then return to the normal 7 day dosing schedule with your 5mg pen.

I did this - absolutely fine no negative side effects. But I would say, having now had a 5mg dose from a 5mg pen, the double 2.5mg dose did not have as big an effect, weirdly.

The concentration in your body will be a fair bit higher after your second dose of 5mg than it was after the first. It builds with each dose increase until it levels off after 4 weeks on the same dose.

Yes, you can do this. In hindsight, I should've moved up to 3.75 mg and stayed there rather than what I thought I was doing (moving up to 5 mg over a few weeks but found that I couldn't tolerate anything above 4.2 mg for quite a long time).
Here are all the doses I have taken so far (in mg) - I used a 1 ml syringe for all the 'non standard' doses.

Pen 1 (2.5 mg) - 2.5, 2.5, 2.5, 2.5, 3.2
Pen 2 (5.0 mg) - 4.2, 4.2, 4.6, 2.5, 4.2
Pen 3 (5.0 mg) - 4.2, 4.4, 3.3, 3.75, 3.75
Pen 4 (5.0 mg) - 3.75, 4.2, 4.2, 4.2, 4.2
Pen 5 (5.0 mg) - 4.2, 4.5, 4.6, 4.6, 4.6
Pen 6 (5.0 mg) - 4.6, 5.0, 5.0, 5.0, 5.0
Pen 7 (5.0 mg) - 5.8, 5.8, 6.3, 6.7
Pen 8 (7.5 mg) - 6.9, 7.5, 7.5, 8.1, 8.8
Pen 9 (7.5 mg) - 9.5, 10.0, 10.0, 10.0
Pen 10 (10.0 mg) - 10.0
Pen 11 (12.5 mg) -

Ah, that makes sense actually, thank you.

Thank you for the responses, I'm going to go for the 3.75mg dose and then get a syringe to attempt to get the bonus dose.
