Support with Voy

Anyone any experience what the support with Voy is like?
I ordered my 1st pen with them, and then decided to go shop about for subsequent doses.
But I'm thinking of going up to 5mg, and have heard that the side effects may begin at this.
I have a £50 off voucher for my next dose with Voy so wondered if staying with them for the support was worth it for my next dose?
Our are they a company that promise the world but the support isn't as good as they say?

Thanks

I started with them back in June last year and can only say that, unless they have seriously upped their game, the support is not worth the expense!

I moved on ages ago but they still send me ‘sale’ messages all the time and discount codes but they are still more expensive than most other pharmacies and yet don’t actually offer anything more (ok, other than the useful little orange case!!)

If you are worried about side effects, buy the usual OTC meds and ask questions here - there’s probably more combined knowledge on this board than across most pharmacies in the uk!! 😁

This is what I wondered @IReallyNeedThisToWork
I will continue with my original plan to switch.
Thank you!!!

They may well have upped their game. I started mounjaro with voy 3 weeks ago and am really impressed. There's support available via chat from a clinician Monday to Friday 9-5 and AI support 24/7. Last week I messaged the AI support saying I'd heard some people have ordered extra needles in case one is faulty or gets stuck and asked if they supplied them. I got a reply back in a second asking if I'd like some spares shipped out to me at no cost! I also asked to speak to a clinician for advice around whether to increase the dose and was contacted by someone in under an hour. They're not the cheapest but I'll definitely stay with them.

I'm stuck with them but think it's nothing special...

I started with Voy in December and picked them as I thought they offered the best support. However I have found the support to be pretty poor, have had two “coaches” in the three months I was with them and getting through to an actual human was pretty difficult. For this reason I cancelled my subscription and will now just shop around to get the best price. Good luck!

Are you sure you are stuck with them? If you want to move prescriber you can, even if BMI < 30 now as long as you have proof of previous subscription

IReallyNeedThisToWork · 15/04/2025 05:59

@Mezzoprezzo I am pleased you are happy with them but have to say that I get exactly that sort of service from my pharmacy except I have a human on the other end rather than AI and for a lot less money!
@LivingLaVidaBabyShower why are you stuck?

Voy have definitely upped their game recently. I started with them last July and found the support pretty meh (after one impressive initial Zoom). I chose to start with them as my medical background is complex and I wanted easy access to doctors though just in case. However, these last couple of months they’ve become really proactive and the support available has improved hugely to the extent where I’m a bit like I’m fine, stop stalking me. 😂

BlueLimes · 15/04/2025 06:45

@TheFunkyDuckling how did you get the voucher? I’m month 4 never had an offer and don’t post my code (maybe I should !).

I cancelled my subscription and they straight away offered me £50 to stay x x x

Ah thanks / I might try !

I need help! I have tried every diet going. I’m currently on 1:1 diet which is very restricted. I am considering trying Voy but still unsure. Is it worth trying or should I try something else. Thank you

DogAnxiety · 12/04/2026 10:15

Definitely worth trying but don’t get it from Voy as they are expensive. Look at monj.co.uk and just buy from the cheapest supplier.

Gingercar · 12/04/2026 11:34

I started with Voy 10 months ago. I did the first three months with them. They were good. Very supportive and I loved the AI chatbot - gave me suggestions for meals, found me recipes, wrote shopping lists, suggested foods for picnics. Gave me exercise tips, checked in regularly. Their real dietitian did a phone consultation and checked on me monthly. I also loved the balanced plate ideology (I am 4.5 stones down using it and not calorie counting) and the meal analysis option is good too.
But they did get very expensive as the pens got bigger so I changed suppliers. Plus I never had a single side effect or issue, so felt I didn’t need the backup.

If you have a good plan for how you’re going to lose the weight, as in diet and exercise. and you’re not too worried about the side effects then you don’t need the support of something like Voy.
