Mounjaro and missed a health condition/medication off the written consultation

I applied for mounjaro yesterday online. Filled the form off. For my health conditions I forgot to put that I am on meds for depression. They're going to check my NHS medical records anyway before proceeding to send the mounjaro out, but will this go against me?

Could you just send the pharmacy a message saying that you’re on whatever medication for depression and that you didn’t realise at the time that it should have been put on the consultation form?

I don’t think that the company you’re ordering from can actually check your NHS record, is that something that they’re specifically stated they will do?

Ah that's a good idea @SilenceInside, thank you. I ticked something on the form saying I give my permission for them to access my GP records but they must have so many applications I don't think they would check every applicants GP records, surely?

I wonder if it was permission to contact your GP as in, notify them if they prescribe to you That’s all that my provider does, they just send them a letter and it gets added to my notes by the GP admin person. I doubt my GP even sees it himself.

I doubt it because some reports claim Mounjaro has a positive effect on conditions like depression, and even addictions. Many people say they lose their desire to drink or do drugs on Mounjaro after a few months...
