MedExpress 2nd order query

On first pen currently at starter 2.5mg dose. About to take 3rd dose and ordered next pen now to account for Easter delays. Ordered 5mg in case need to go up but intending to still fo 2.5 until needed. Saw it’s same price. Do you have to upload ID and photo each time you order?

Just ordered my second but have stuck with 2.5mg, which they did query in an email but it just said if I was happy then no need to reply to it. I probably should have done the same as you and went with 5mg just incase. However, didn't need to upload a new photo for this order and looking at other posts previous, I think they tend to ask after 5 months or so.

I've been with MedExpress since last October. The only photos I've been asked to provide were for the very first 2.5mg. Just ordered pen number 6, no mention of photos.
