is anyone else experiencing problems? I’ve been with them for 5 months and it has been ok.

I ordered a second 10mg pen 2 weeks ago and they took payment. I chased it up a week ago and they said it had all been approved and was with the pharmacy.

Since then nothing. I’ve sent countless messages and emails but no reply. It’s like they’re ignoring me/have forgotten about me.

I’m very cross. And am about to run out and need the next pen. I’d go somewhere else but they have £165 of my money.

Try their social media maybe? A bit of public embarrassment might encourage them to act.

Did you get your pen? I’m having the exact same issue with now. It’s been almost 3 weeks for me now but they’re not answering any of my emails and the stupid chatbot function is just ridiculous!!! I hope they’ve not gone bust

I bombarded them via every email I could find. They did finally reply and said they would make me a priority for dispatch but I’m still waiting. It’s been 19 days since I ordered.

17 days for me now. I’m fuming more as I’m about to run out!!!!

It’s apparently arriving tomorrow (will believe it when it actually arrives).

Meanwhile, I’ve signed up with Oushk. They already seem much more professional and organised.

I'm with Oushk and have been for 6 months. I've found them brilliant. Professional and effective - no issues whatsoever, and easy to get in touch with a person (like when I forgot to order a pen and was about to run out!). I could probably have got MJ a bit cheaper if I'd shopped around and jumped suppliers but actually I think it's been worthwhile sticking with Oushk. I chose them initially purely because I could choose my delivery date (I'm rarely home) but actually I think it was a good choice for other reasons too. Now I've lost 4 stone I'm only a stone away from my goal and they apparently provide a great maintainance package.

I miscounted the days when I first posted and it’s actually even longer ago than I thought that I ordered!!!!!😡
I’ve now received a message basically saying ‘we’re working on it’ but still no promise of dispatch. They’re going to lose a lot of customers behaving like this.
@surreygirl1987, I’m nearly at my goal weight and am worried that no other provider will now prescribe to me just for maintenance.

Yes, it finally came yesterday. So 20 days after ordering and a barrage of emails from me asking if it was actually a scam.

They will definitely lose customers this way. Even if they had sent a message to say there were supply issues it would have been something.

I have been waiting since 5th June, I have tried absolutely everything and no pen! I have spent over £3k with them with no problems until this last prescription. They don't answer emails, no one is on the online chat, you can't speak to anyone by telephone. It's an absolute disgrace. They owe me £267 and there is no chance I will get a refund and it's been so long since my last injection that I wouldn't be able to use the 2.4 dose even if they did send it!!
