I'm just coming to the end of week 3 on mounjaro. Finding it amazing! I'm consciously dieting but have so little appetite and interest in food that sticking to a calorie deficit is pretty effortless. It makes sense to stick with 2.5 for another month and have pretty much decided I will. But I've got a nagging fear that half way through the month the effect will wear off and I'll regret not going up. Has anyone stuck at 2.5 and had the same suppression in month 2 as month 1?
