Snoring transformation on injectables

Dear al
im so amazed by the effect that MK has had on my snoring from day 1. It feels revolutionary. I began MJ at a BMI of 28 and High cholesterol. I also had the stage before sleep apnea and woke up about twenty times a night with huge electric saw levels of air ripping snores tearing through the air and sometimesgulping for breath.
With mj - and from virtually day one so it's not related to fat loss- my snoring has sropped. I used an app to measure it last night and I snored for 7 minutes total and all of it was light! Apparently this is mainly to do with reduced inflammation (and I'm not sure if that has to do with changes in diet or something about MJ).
I know I'm sleeping better as no one has noticed my weight loss (only a stone) but a lot of people have said I look younger / healthier (which I think means less tired).
So I really wanted to ask all of you about your experiences to see if it's a common side effect.
I would stay on MJ just for this miracle effect!
I have wondered if it could also be from cutting down dramatically on gluten and dairy as that can trigger inflammation in some people, but this really does feel like a miracle snoring cure!
ps couldn't find the poll button

I'm really curious about this, I know I'm a snorer but I'm single. I should ask my teenagers to listen outside my room for snoring if they are up later than I am! Have lost almost 2 stone so far on WLI and that would be a lovely extra benefit, to not sound like a hog thought the night

DP stopped snoring within days of starting MJ. Sleeps like a mouse now and means we can share the same bed without me feeling like I’m sleeping next to a demolition site. Transformational.

@Shirtyllama you can get a free version of an app called SnoreLab which you can use to record your snoring overnight, so you can find out without needed to get the teenagers involved!

@SilenceInside good plan!

Same. It was only a few days before I knew there was a change as DH had been driving me insane with his responses to my snoring (won't go into it) for a long time. He hasn't complained once since October which is phenomenal for us both.

Marypoppinsisnosaint · 10/04/2025 16:57

I've been on mj about 8 weeks.

Me and DH slept a full night together in bed last night! A full night! We've not shared a bed in over 2 years I'd say due to my snoring.

When I started mj in my head I'd named it "operation get myself back in bed" my snoring was so bad it was either separate beds or a divorce. Both of us were getting no sleep.

I've slept so well in these last 8 weeks, I'm not sure if it's the medication, that I've lost weight or a mixture of both but that's a huge bonus for me 😁

I'd take this for life just for the snoring effect

Yep my DH stopped snoring on day one, it’s transformed my life being able to have a full night of sleep next to him!

Orangesandlemons77 · 12/04/2025 20:41

Yes I found this as well, I was waiting on an appt for the sleep clinic but was able to cancel it as I was sleeping so much better and DH says not snoring anymore,
