Spotting on Monjaro

Good afternoon,
Please I need some advice, I started Monjaro weeks ago, I had my normal period on the first week I started taking the jabs, the last few days I have started to bleed, my period have always been regular and I have never had any mid cycle bleeding, has anyone experience this while taking Manjaro? I don’t think of I should take taking it.

Hi! When I first started I got a period every week on injection day, about 12 hours after I injected, it would finish up about day 5/6 then back on day 7 when I injected again. I did say to my gp but they never investigated just said it must be a side effect. This lasted October, November and settled in December. But then my period in January was 3 weeks long and maybe tmi but it smelled awful like raw meat that was off. I went to the gp who gave me Antibiotics and provera to stop my period so I could go for a pelvic exam. She referred me to gynae and I’m still waiting. My period skipped February but in March I started again around the 19th and stopped bleeding yesterday! I do think it’s mounjaro because I’ve had the implant for almost 3 years and not had any period, my gp was thinking it’s maybe because it implant is due to be changed.
