Wegovy/Ozempic alcohol cravings

I’m thinking about starting on wegovy/ozepmic (not sure which one yet)… I was just wondering if anyone noticed decreased cravings of alcohol?

@mjjnnjjvv you may find you get more responses and more relevant responses if you’re post in the Weightloss Injections/Treatments section.

Wegovy and Ozempic are the same medication. In the UK you can get Wegovy or Mounjaro (a similar but different medication to Wegovy/Ozempic) privately for weight loss, if you meet the qualifying criteria (BMI > 30, or >27 with a weight related health condition).
