Oushk delivery issues

can someone explain to me how I make this work?

My delivery was booked for yesterday haven't heard anything and need to do my jab tomorrow

Spoke to someone else whose jab was meant to be delivered today and they haven't heard anything

... why am I paying for and selecting delivery for it not to work?

Should I be getting it delivered weeks in advance of running out? I didn't know that was allowed

Email Oushk tomorrow and see what they say. They have been having problems with DPD in the Manchester area and have now suspended using them again. I have had 8 months of deliveries with no problems except the day where there was a red weather warning and understandably DPD were not delivering anything in Scotland. Sounds like DPD are letting them down a lot recently due to DPD staffing issue in Manchester.

If your delivery was Royal Mail they are not perfect either, you need to speak to Oushk and find out what to do.

They have said they are looking into other couriers they can work with.

Did you get a dispatch email?

You don't need to order 'weeks' in advance, but certainly should order more than 2 days in advance of your next injection! Most people order after their 3rd injection. I have started ordering two pens at a time from Oushk as I find it hard to time it as it often arrives the day after it's meant to (RMs fault, not Oushk).

I ordered last weekend and the earliest delivery date I could book was this weekend ?

So a week in advance basically

I also heard they were struggling with DPD lately and were going to pull their contract with them as a result are looking into other providers, like UPS.

Regardless, I always think weekend deliveries are risky anyway. Too much can go wrong and there are rarely enough people workingg to sort it out. Even more so Sunday.

Personally, I've had about a dozen weekday deliveries from RM (signed for) and they have all been good. But I also order a couple of weeks in advance to give myself that buffer.

Yes I will do that in the future for sure .

I'd rather have supply at home if needed 🤣

I'm going to be without for 3 days I assume that is ok
