How fast are medexpress for authorisation and delivery please?

I'm currently with another provider but looking at switching to save money. But if I ordered it tomorrow evening would it be here by Thursday?

Also what's the price match thing medexpress do please?

Once I was approved for my first pen with MedExpress, it took 48hours for delivery but that was before things tightened up. I have seen comments saying it’s taking longer as they are possibly being more thorough.

Search the board and see how many complaints there at the moment about Medexpress delays…

I ordered last week early Tuesday morning, authorized within a couple of hours then dispatched very quickly and received it the following morning.

It seems very random to be honest. I have ordered my 5th pen and this is the second time the prescription was only approved after seven days. It means I’ll probably need to try a “golden dose” which I never have done before but the delays have been bad. I’m planning for this to be my last pen otherwise I would change provider. Their customer service is bad too - automated email replies only and it took 30min+ to get through on the phone (if you’re lucky)

I had ordered mine on Saturday morning and had it on Monday afternoon. I haven’t had any issues with MedExpress.

I'd avoid MedExpress if you are thinking of a regular supplier. Very hit and miss plus I detest their scrubbing around asking people to use codes

I've been with Ashcroft Pharmacy for a while now and would recommend them if you are shopping around. They are not the very cheapest but always close and, if ordered by 2pm, deliver the next day by Royal Mail. The only time I've had a delay was when it snowed and RM went skew-whiff in the North of England

It waited 2 weeks and they didn't deliver, they even tried to send a replacement one (never got that one either)I contacted them lots of times, in the end I asked them to refund me.

As I've said, a few times before, I have been with MedExpress since last October. I've never had any problem with ordering or getting a delivery. I'm wondering if the people having delays are first time buyers or if it's a location problem. I'm in the Midlands. Be interesting to hear where others are based and if they're repeat buyers or not.
