I’m third week in and day 6 after taking my 3rd 2.5mg dose. Yesterday I woke with what felt like vertigo, seriously dry mouth, mild headache, fatigue and out of breath. I spent the day in bed. Feel slightly better today but still have a bad dry mouth and lightheadedness. I’ve drank a ton of water with electrolytes.

is this Mounjaro or a bug???

Mounjaro lowers blood sugar and blood pressure so it could be related to that. If you are on any medication to lower them, contact your GP as any medication may need to be reviewed. Also it could just be dehydration and lack of food/calories. Make sure to eat enough upto your deficit, its hard when you feel full but eat little and often. Increasing protein will help strengthen you too, I started on protein shakes 2 weeks ago and I feel much better. I've been on mounjaro 6 months but also had headaches and dizziness starting off, I was taking ashwagandha which also lowered blood pressure so stopped them which resolved my side effects.

What is your diet like, how many calories are you eating?

Im not on any other medication, but I do naturally have low blood pressure. Food is pretty healthy, eggs, avocado, sourdough, banana, strawberries, chicken, veg, the odd slice of pizza and cake. Making sure im drinking 2 litres a day (im adding himalayan salt for electrolytes), on top of that I drink decaf tea. Im not drinking alcohol either as Im just not craving it! I reckon im having around 1000 calories a day, maybe a little more.

I was fine the first 2 weeks, more nausea and stomach related issues, so thats why im unsure if this is Mounjaro related or just a bug? I go away soon, so its really putting me off wanting to take another jab, I dont want it to ruin my holiday!
