10mg may drop back to 7.5

Hey all
absolutely not a moan as am more grateful to mounjaro then I’ll ever be moaning but I really seem to struggle on 10mg.
took a repeat dose this month to see if I was being dramatic but I feel really really drained, muscle aches in my legs , constant headaches and cold a lot.its purely the tired feeling making me a bit miserable.
the suppression was just as good on 7.5mg and the only thing I noticed was the sulphur burps and going off coffee etc.
would it be ok to go back to 7.5mg do you think I will ask the pharmacy online of course but just wanted any of your experiences please

It would be absolutely fine. I don’t know what the reasoning would be for it not to be fine. It’s essentially your choice depending on how you’re feeling.
