Should I cancel and try somewhere else? Its been nearly a week. I'm panicking as I am away over Easter and need my second dose before I leave

Definitely contact them. I put an order in on Tuesday at 3pm and I had the pen in my hand on Wednesday at 11am!

I would contact them I ordered at 11am Monday and had my delivery by 10.30am Tuesday - I always pay for special delivery.

Have you checked your account to see what progress has been made, has the prescription been authorised.

I know it said it could take up to 3 days when I ordered as they were exceptionally busy.

There was another thread the other day about this and I think the pen had got lost.

Did you do a repeat prescription or did you go up a dose as that might make a difference.

Check your email, I had an email sat unnoticed asking for a photo to release my second pen. All sorted and came quickly.

this is my second dose but first with them, I uploaded all the evidence. I switched as they are much cheaper than Superdrug

I know this doesn’t help you now but I’m always ahead of the game for this reason, once I decided I was staying on mj I ordered my pens well in advance , I’ve currently got 3 in my fridge ( ordered 2 together with no issue to save paying postage more than once ! Family chemist if that makes any difference , not sure if all suppliers will send more than 1 ) . They’re 10mg

Thanks bugalugs I ended up doing a back up order with oushk both were approved yesterday so will have 2 pens in the fridge.
