Lost the flow, can I injections a day early?

Flow? What does that mean? What dose are you on and how long have you been on it? Do you mean suppression has gone? If you are on your first pen take it as normal weekly as you are starting off and can increase risk of side effects by taking it earlier as it will build up quicker in body.
It has a half life of 5 days so will wear off around then which is normal and healthy as it allows you to practice health eating and will power otherwise when you come off it you will go back to usual habits and gain again. Focus on protein and drink lots of water.
