Only lost a pound !

I've been on wegovy for nearly 4 weeks .
Lost a pound so far !
I track my food . I exercise. Help !

How do you track your food?
Do you accurately weigh it?
Have you worked out your tdee to make sure yo know a weight loss calorie target? (20% less than tdee)
Are you logging exercise and it giving you the calories back to eat like My Fitness Pal does? This stalls weight loss because a) the calories burned are wildly overestimated and b) you shouldn’t eat the calories back.

Track food on my fitness pal. Don't put exercise on there .
Have below my BMR

something must be wrong with the calculations if you are eating below bmr, exercising and not losing.

How old are you, how much do you weigh, what’s your height, your daily calorie amount currently & how much do you exercise?

I'm on Wegovy and track my calories on My Fitness Pal and I've lost 3lb in my first week.

It does seem strange. How many kcals a day are you on? How have you felt on Wegovy?

Don't forget with wegovy the first injections are to get your body used to it. DH didn't lose anything until he moved up to 1mg, then the weight fell off quickly.

I lost slowly and steadily on 0.25. I've lost about 6kg in 9 weeks.

What is your TDEE?
What does a days worth of food look like?
Are you weighing your food when logging it?
How much water are you drinking?
Are you doing any exercise?
Do you have any health conditions or medications you are taking that could affect weight?

If you are on the first dose, don't panic. You will see lots of stories of women/men who lost a shit load of weight in the first month. I actually put on 1kg on my first dose lol.
Fast forward to this month on the second dose and I have lost 6kg, I cannot physically eat that much any more. Give it time.

Would you try mounjaro as it targets extra receptors GIP as well as GLP so it is more effective.

I eat about 1000 cats a day . I can't eat any more. I do light exercise

I started injections as been dieting for 12 months and hit a plateu in October.

With those measurements I would say you're not eating enough? Your maintenance calories are about 1900 so you're having almost half.

In my experience (admittedly MJ not Wegovy) if I don't eat all my calories the weight loss does stall- your metabolism slows down if it thinks you're not taking enough food in.
