Click counting

Sorry if this has been done to death!

I’ve been on 7.5 for MJ for 2 years now and it is working well still. I can’t get hold of 15mg but can get the 12.5mg pen.

is this the correct counts:
7.5/12.5x 60 =36

so there should be 240/36=6.667 doses per pen?

when I count the clicks, do I include the 2 priming clicks at the beginning?

also when it comes to the “golden dose” at the end, do I just withdraw around 0.3 ml? If 0.6 is standard?

IME counting total pen clicks the pen locks around 256-258 clicks.

Eli Lilly appear to be allowing for 240 clicks for dosing and 8 x 2 clicks for priming (2 priming attempts per dose).

Your click calculation appears correct.

(36 clicks + 2 priming clicks) x 5 = 190 clicks - so you will get 5 full doses using the normal method, well before the pen locks.

36 clicks = 0.36ml
