Wegovy dose/pen question please

I am on week 3 of 0.25 and kind of jumped into ordering the 0.5 0.25 is working well for me and I think I’d like to stay on it for now. Can I alter/dial down the dose on the 0.5 pen to less than that if I want to stay on 0.25 or progress up to somewhere in between 0.25 and 0.5?
And if so, how? I guess I would need additional needles if doing this as I’m only supplied with 4.
I know the pen can actually last 6 weeks. Thank you.
