Possible pancreatitis symptoms

I took my third injection of 2.5 MJ on Saturday.
I tried to have my dinner last night and took a bite and was sick. The pain started not long after, it's spread around my lower back
My stomach is gurgling like mad, I feel so nauseous. I have diarrhea again. (Haven't had this since starting the injections)

Does this sound like pancreatitis? I can't even phone nhs24 because I'm completely alone with 4 children, I think it may be time to admit that these injections aren't for me Sad

Are you drinking enough water? Severe dehydration causes pancreas and kidney issues. If it was while eating it could be gall bladder which is triggered by fast weight loss and a high fat diet. Try to eat lower fat until you get it checked out. Drink 2-3 litres water a day. I've been on it almost 6 months no issues or side effects. Best to eat little and often and avoid fatty greasy or fried foods, cut out alcohol too.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going out of my mind!! I'm managing around two litres of water, plus any tea or diluting juice on top.
I haven't had alcohol in months and haven't had anything greasy since I started the injections, I've mainly been having chicken and rice for dinner

I really hope it's nothing serious but I'm close to tears with the pain (my three year old is awake with me so I'm trying to keep it together)

My other half had to come off mj due to these symtoms. He was in agony. Spent a day in A&E being tested and treated as though he had pancreatitis (it wasn't) but told most probably a side affect and to stop. He did and symptoms resolved. His came on just before this 3 rd injection.

Should add he was sent to A&E by the GP
