Looking for some success stories from people who have around 2st to lose (starting BMI 31). Like how much did you lose in your first month? Obviously I know everyone is different. Im 5ft 7 and 90kg.

Just taken my first dose this morning and definitely feel a LOT less hungry. I've eaten 1048 calories which is absolutely crazy for me to get my head around and 90g protein.

I am also a regular gym goer, mostly weightlifting so if anyones got any tips on how I make sure I don't lose all of my gains. I already have protein supplements, clear whey, shakes, yoghurts etc.

Thanks!

@addictedtotheflats are you going straight in with 5mg? I haven’t used the 5th dose of this and I think I’m just going to bin it and start with the 5mg.

@Ofcoursehesthefkingfarmeri'm not 100% sure, I keep going back and forth. I think im going to take the 5th dose of 2.5mg this week because my supression is still there then maybe do 3.75mg from next week. Not sure why but the 5mg intimidates me and I see a lot of people have bad side effects on it.

Similar amount to lose, getting about a kg a week on 2.5

Thought I'd update.

I've lost 3.5st and now working my way down the doses. Crazy I only thought I had 2 stone to lose. Ive found it really easy to lose the weight to be honest, glad its gone but definitely not looking forward to the hunger returning!

Congratulations! Have you come off it now? If so did that go?

Exit - sorry not reading properly! Youre titrating down now.

The max I went to was 10mg. Im currently microdosing 6.25mg from my 12.5mg pen and I have about 6 months worth stockpiled in my fridge 🙈. Its going to be a slow process coming off which im quite nervous about. I need to mentally prepare and increase my calories slowly as I have been eating around 1300 calories a day for 9 months which obviously is not sustainable without MJ.

I’m 5ft8
Starting weight 14st 4lbs
Am on week 14
Current weight 12st 5lbs
My original target was 11st, but might go for 10.5 to give myself a buffer when I come off.
I have been weight training for 18 months.
Am 50yrs old and perimenopausal, sp looking to get stronger.
I have been focusing on more protein less carbs. Protein shakes are useful when I can’t face eating.
Electrolytes are helpful too.
Good luck all 🙌

@FringeTimeyour height and start weight is pretty much identical to what mine was. My initial target was 11-11st 7lb but I am currently 10st 7. Very happy where I am not but as you said I have a bit of a buffer to enable me to come off this drug! Its going to be awful coming off, the hunger and food noise came back in full force the day before my jab last week. Im hoping that ill eventually get used to the increased food noise as I slowly come off it l. Determined not to gain the weight back. Definitely need to get back to the gym, had an awful groin injury in october which has prevented me weight training.

Brilliant well done! 👏
I’ve definitely found that filling myself up with protein stops me being hungry all day - even before the jabs. Hoping this will continue when I finally come off. Good luck op 🙌⭐️
